Portrait Photography Pricing

Our creation fees start at $150 and include a pre-portrait consultation where we will discuss your style, preferred portrait location, get to know you and your family, help with or suggest wardrobe and color choices for your portrait session, and determine what type of finished products and photographs are best suited for you and your home. Our portrait session time is unlimited and can accommodate multiple wardrobe changes if you choose. Just a few short weeks following your portrait session we will invite you back to our studio to preview the photographs we captured. During your PreView session we'll help guide you through the selection process. Pixels On Paper is a full service photography studio even offering a full line of frames, custom wall collages, and press products including books and cards. We believe that our client's deserve the best.

Payment Policy: All orders must be paid in full before we process them. Authorize.net powers our credit card checkout services. Services are encrypted for your security. This services does not share your credit/debit card information with Pixels On Paper.

Return / Cancellation Policy: Pixels On Paper strives to deliver the highest quality prints to our clients and reviews each image before delivery. In the unlikely event that a print or any item from your order is defective you may return it to Pixels On Paper within 14 days. Non defective items can not be returned.

Deposits for all photography sessions are non-refundable. It is likely that when you reserve a date for our services we'll have turned down another job for that date. In the case of cancellation, the deposit helps us to recover that loss. The deposit is used to reserve your date and will later be applied to the assignment you've hired us for.

To return an item please contact us first for delivery address and instructions. Pixels On Paper cannot be held liable for items returned without proof of delivery. Returns are at your own cost, however we will refund this cost once we have inspected the returned item and have determined it defective. Items must be unused and returned in their original state. If the returned item is found to be defective, we will offer you a free replacement of the defective print or product, or a refund of your item/order. After 14 days, Pixels On Paper will no longer be obligated to reprint or refund any part of your order.

Shipping / Handling / Delivery Policy

Finished print orders will be delivered within two to three weeks. A rush fee will be applied to orders requiring a more expedient delivery. If your order indicates "Pick-Up" in the shipping location there will be no Shipping charges applied to your order and PIxels On Paper will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
